1. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

At TwoNine Hub, we aim to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Below is our estimated processing and shipping timeline:

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement, except on weekends and public holidays.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

• Express Shipping: Available for selected cities, with delivery in 2-3 business days (extra charges apply).

• Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable locations may take 8-10 business days.

 

2. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• COD Orders: A nominal fee may be charged.

• Express Shipping: Additional charges based on the shipping address.

 

3. How to Track Your Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order from the My Orders section on our website.

 

4. Delivery Partner & Attempt Policy

• We partner with trusted courier services to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

• If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will make two additional attempts before returning the package.

• In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

 

5. Issues with Delivery?

• If the order status is marked as “delivered,” but you haven’t received it, inform us within 24 hours.
