1. Cancelling an Order

We understand that you may need to cancel an order due to various reasons. Below are the conditions for cancellation:

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse the package upon delivery.

To cancel an order, visit the My Orders section on our website or contact our support team at twoninehub@gmail.com.

 

2. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

If the order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days.

If the cancellation request is made after dispatch, the refund will be processed only after the item is returned to our warehouse.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. COD orders will receive refunds via store credit or bank transfer.

 

3. Changes to Your Order

If you need to modify your order (change size, color, or address), please contact us at twoninehub@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.

 

4. Order Canceled by TwoNine Hub

In rare cases, we may cancel orders due to:

Stock unavailability

Payment issues or security concerns

Invalid or incomplete shipping addresses

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed immediately.

 

5. Refund Timelines

Refunds for prepaid orders take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

If the refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
